RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK By signing below, I acknowledge and agree, on behalf of myself and all members of my group, that: 1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION. I am voluntarily participating in the activity described in this reservation (the "Activity"), operated by the local vendor named on this booking (the "Operator"). 2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. The Activity may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: operation of all-terrain vehicles, uneven terrain, water activities, horseback riding, weather conditions, and transportation on public and unpaved roads. I understand these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that I or my group may suffer. 3. FITNESS & CONDUCT. I confirm that I and my group members are physically fit to participate, will follow all safety instructions given by the Operator's guides, will use provided safety equipment (including helmets where applicable), and will not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 4. RELEASE. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Operator, its guides and staff, and Book Las Terrenas (booking agent), from any and all claims arising out of or related to my participation in the Activity, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 5. EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY. I accept responsibility for damage to vehicles or equipment caused by my misuse or failure to follow instructions, up to the security amounts communicated by the Operator. 6. MEDIA. I consent to reasonable photos/videos taken during the Activity being used by the Operator for promotion, unless I tell the Operator otherwise before the Activity begins. 7. DIGITAL SIGNATURE. I agree that typing my full legal name below and completing this booking constitutes my electronic signature, with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and that it covers all participants in this reservation for whom I am authorized to sign.
